so the task of a civilian uprising taking place and being successful is doubtful but not impossible.but lets face it the ones in charge are trained killers and well civilians are not but it has been accomplished but then again there has never been such powerful militarys before but still i imagine that was and has always been the case well the tsarist were overthrown it just took some time.
