Representatives of Defense Ministries of Serbia and Norway signed the 2011 military cooperation plan in Belgrade on Wednesday.

french-russia year is appearently this year with like over four hundred cultural events planned between the two countries as france tries to sweetheart up to russia with sales of boats and new degrees of cooperation in defense with a purpose security zone adminstered by the french and russians this comes after a fail french attempted at a meditereanian security zone


apparently the French,Russian,and Germany are holding some trilateral talks

tis just in France and the U.K. announced nov 2 to launch a duel quick response force made up with military members from both countries
